Morning exercises burn more fat. Exercising in general can help you burn fat but morning exercises are much more effective in burning calories and excess fat. The fat oxidation process takes place when the workout is done before breakfast.
You'll sleep better at night. Morning exercising will cause natural gradual fatigued causing you to sleep well at night. Exercise is a form of stress and the body is designed to release hormones and adrenaline when under stress. Making it difficult to sleep at night with a late night workout.
Your metabolism will work faster. Excess Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) is your body burning calories after a workout is complete. After eating meals, your body will use it as a source of energy making a morning workout essential!
I often time have found throughout my journey that morning workouts, saved me from missing workout. All too often waiting until afternoon to workout opened me up for opportunity of the dy to get the best of me and throw me a curved ball. A morning routine gets in front of anything that could come at you later in the day.
